What are your Hours of Operation?
Our standard hours of operation are 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Hours are subject to change on event days and holidays.
Buying Information
Where does AllStar Tickets get the tickets?
AllStar Tickets deals with a number of third parties in order to connect a buyer to a seller. Because event tickets are non-refundable, tickets are often sold by people unable to attend the event. AllStar Tickets ensures that all tickets purchased by our clients are legitimate and genuine.
How are tickets priced?
Our registered sellers determine the price they are willing to accept for their tickets based on an open market of supply and demand. Thus, if tickets are in short supply and have a high demand, the market price will be higher and vice versa.
When would a ticket sell below the price printed on the ticket?
Whenever there is a high supply and low demand for an event, tickets can be sold for lower than the printed price. Often, season ticket holders have tickets to more games than they are able to attend. Also, sometimes travel to the event can become more difficult such as due to road closures or large-scale flight cancellations. Subscribing to the AllStar Newsletter is the best way to be notified first of great deals on tickets.
Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?
Just like any event ticket sales, all sales are final. If you cannot make the event, we will be happy to advise you about the best way to re-sell your tickets.
What if my event is rescheduled, rained out or postponed?
If an event is officially rescheduled, announcements will be made on our website regarding the rescheduled date. The tickets you purchased will be valid for the new rescheduled date. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
What if the event is canceled completely?
If the event is cancelled entirely, tickets must be returned to the AllStar Tickets head office within 10 days of the scheduled event dates. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made.
Shipping Information
When will I receive my tickets?
Because we deal with pools of tickets from private parties to obtain the best possible tickets for our client, and possibly to acquire free or discounted upgrades, AllStar may not ship until the week of the event. When the tickets are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details.
If I’m picking up my tickets, when and where do I do this?
Pick up is at our Downtown Vancouver office on the event day normally after 5:00PM. Our office address can be found here.
How will I receive my tickets?
Pick up at our office (708 Cambie Street, just steps from BC Place, GM Place and other downtown venues) is free. Office pick-up is available on the day of the event (like “Will-Call”) after 5pm for evening shows and is your best chance for free or discounted upgrades. If you prefer, we can ship to your location at the following rates:

What if someone else will be picking up the tickets for me?
In some situations, a third party pickup can be arranged. Please contact our office by phone to arrange this.
I would like to be notified if upgrades become available, how can I do this?
We may be able to offer free or discounted upgrades for your tickets; however we are unable to confirm the exact seat and section locations until the week of the event when more tickets may become available. If you like, just give us a call during the event week and we’ll be happy to see what is available.
When will I know where my seats are?
Because we deal with 3rd party ticket sellers, exact seat locations are not determined until after your purchase has been made. However, they are guaranteed within the seating category you purchase. Our customer service representatives will work to obtain the best possible tickets within the seating category purchased.
Can I have the tickets delivered to another address?
Should the card holder require that the order be shipped to an alternate address, we will require faxed authorization from the card holder. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver’s license and the credit card that was used.
Can I purchase 3 tickets together?
AllStar can only guarantee 2 tickets side by side together. More Seats may be available next to each other. Please call us and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate for someone?
Absolutely. Just call us during business hours and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
I have tickets I want to sell, how can you help?
Give us a call or email purchasing@allstareventtickets.com with your name, phone number and the ticket details and a price range we will contact you with your best selling option.
Can I negotiate the pricing?
Our prices will fluctuate based on supply and demand and thus, the prices we list are simply a reflection of the market. At any one time, prices listed on the site are firm.
